Causey Access Gate Damage

The Causey gate system has been damaged and will require major repair/reconstruction. The gate has been replaced but is currently closed with a chain and combination lock. An email with the combination has been sent to lot owners. Please be vigilant keeping the gate secured with the chain and lock until a new system is constructed. If you need the combination please contact a board member. Thanks for your patience.

Causey Board Meeting

A meeting of the Causey Board will occur at 6:30pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The meeting will be held at OakGrove School – 1325 S. Washington Blvd, Ogden. Board business will be conducted. Members may attend. Participation in the meeting is by invitation.

2026 Causey Estates Lot Owners Association Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 8th (a week earlier than usual, due to availability). It will start at 6 pm, and be held at the library like usual. Weber County Library Southwest Branch. 2039 W. 4000 S. Roy, Utah. There aren’t any board positions up for election this year. An agenda and budget will be shared when we get closer to the meeting date.
